Event Policies

These Event Policies apply to Love Language: The Live Experience at The Pagoda, Grand Prairie, TX. They are intended to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable evening.
Tables & Seating
Your table selection is intended to reflect the table or section you will receive. However, operational needs may require adjustments. You may be moved to a similar table, a nearby table, a comparable section, or a similar seating arrangement if needed. Event staff may adjust seating or table placement for operational, capacity, safety, table-configuration, guest-experience, or venue reasons.
Shared / Communal Tables
Tables are shared and communal. Multiple parties may be seated at the same table.
Guest Names & Name Matching
The name on your order must match the ticket or reservation name, or approved guest-list information. Please bring your confirmation email and order details. Tickets and reservations are not transferable unless approved in writing by MOTION or event staff.
Food & Protein Selections
Guest names and protein selections are collected for planning and event preparation. Protein selections are requested for planning purposes and may be subject to availability, supplier issues, venue fulfillment, or event changes. Options may include Salmon, Chicken, Lamb, and Portobello Mushroom, but menu items may be adjusted if needed. Dietary accommodations are requests only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Dress Code, Safety & Venue Rules
Guests are expected to follow the event dress code and all venue, safety, and staff rules. Entry may be refused for violations of venue policies, dress code, safety rules, alcohol rules, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions.
Alcohol (21+)
Alcohol and champagne service is available only to guests 21 and older. A valid government-issued ID may be required for alcohol service. Alcohol service is subject to venue policy and applicable Texas, state, and local law. For general entry, there is no age restriction and no ID requirement unless otherwise posted or required by the venue or staff.
After-Party & VIP
Guests who purchase an after-party or VIP ticket or add-on are intended to receive access, subject to venue rules, safety rules, capacity management, ID and alcohol rules, and event staff instructions. After-party and VIP add-ons are non-refundable. Entry or service may be refused for intoxication, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, rule violations, or failure to follow staff or venue instructions.
Changes to the Event
Lineup, schedule, venue, timing, performers, benefits, menus, table layouts, seating, after-party details, and other event details are subject to change.
Personal Items
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOTION is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you.
Following Staff & Venue Instructions
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all guests must follow venue, event, safety, alcohol, dress code, and staff instructions at all times.
