Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets, reservations, and add-ons for Love Language: The Live Experience through the MOTION website at motionparty.me, operated by MVO8 LLC (“MOTION,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Event Policies.

The MOTION Platform

MOTION / MVO8 LLC provides the website, ticketing, reservation, checkout, and customer communication technology for this event. The event itself is organized, operated, staffed, and fulfilled by third-party event organizers, venues, promoters, performers, vendors, security, food and beverage providers, and other service providers.

Event operations, venue policies, admission decisions, staffing, food and beverage service, alcohol service, security, performance changes, and onsite guest experience may be handled by the event organizer, venue, or other third parties.

Tickets & Reservations

When you complete a purchase, you receive a ticket or reservation for the event, subject to availability and these Terms. Please bring your confirmation email and order details to the event. The name on the order must match the ticket or reservation, or approved guest-list information.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Tickets, reservations, add-ons, after-party and VIP purchases, alcohol-related upgrades, and fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

Shared Tables & Seating Adjustments

Tables are shared and communal; multiple parties may be seated at the same table. Your table selection is intended to reflect the table or section you will receive, but operational needs may require adjustments. Event staff may move you to a similar table, a nearby table, a comparable section, or a similar seating arrangement for operational, capacity, safety, configuration, guest-experience, or venue reasons.

Non-Transferability

Tickets and reservations are not transferable unless approved in writing by MOTION or event staff.

Event & Venue Rules

You agree to follow all venue, event, safety, alcohol, dress code, and staff instructions. Entry or service may be refused for violations of these rules.

Alcohol

Alcohol and champagne service is available only to guests 21 and older. A valid government-issued ID may be required. Alcohol service is subject to venue policy and applicable Texas, state, and local law, and may be refused at the discretion of the venue or staff.

Third-Party Organizers, Venues & Vendors

Event operations — including venue rules, admission decisions, performance and lineup changes, food and beverage service, security, alcohol service, onsite conduct, and guest-experience details — may be handled by the event organizer, venue, or other third parties. Event-specific operational questions or disputes may be routed to the applicable organizer or venue when appropriate.

Changes to the Event

Lineup, schedule, venue, timing, performers, benefits, menus, table layouts, seating, after-party details, and other event details are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOTION and MVO8 LLC are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of third-party organizers, venues, vendors, performers, or service providers, or for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. You assume the normal risks associated with attending a live event. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
